is principal at LeakFinder, Inc. and is certified by
the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) as a Certified
Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and has over twenty years of Greenhouse
Gas (GHG), infrared thermography and ultrasonic leak detection
experience. Mr. Riffle has performed hundreds of leak detection
surveys for natural gas and other Green House Gases utilizing
infrared thermography, and has also performed hundreds of compressed
gas surveys utilizing ultrasonic leak detection throughout North
America. His experience includes quantification of leak size and
return on investment (ROI) subsequent to repair of leaks identified.
He has also performed fatality and accident investigations utilizing
leak detection techniques and routinely represents clients as
an expert witness in environmental and occupational health litigation.
Mr. Riffle routinely assists organizations in inventorying GHG
emissions to set a baseline, implementing data management systems
to track GHG emissions data, and developing strategies to offset
or reduce GHG emissions. |

John Dzwonczyk, PE, CFPS is a partner in LeakFinder
Inc. He is also the owner of JGD Associates, Inc. an engineering
consultant in the petroleum industry. He is an experienced public
speaker and writer and holds a master's degree in civil engineering
from Villanova University. He also serves as a public official
on the Avon Lake Board of Municipal Utilities, and as a board
member of the Ohio Petroleum Contractors Association. |

Joe Matsko, CIT is Manager of Field Services
with Leak Finder. He has more than eighteen years of varied experience
performing field tests and inspections for governmental, petrochemical,
industrial and commercial clients. He currently maintains certification
as an Infrared Thermographer and is highly experienced with the
FLIR Systems GasFindIR fugitive VOC emissions camera and various
Tuned Diode Laser Methane detection systems including both hand-held
and vehicle mounted systems. |
